Hebron Church Cogan

Where all are welcome...

This Church is here to worship God, by creatively demonstrating and communicating the teachings of Jesus to all ages.

We encourage a considered approach to Jesus’ life and words, so that anyone can discover His transforming message for themselves.  We  want to help faith to grow – often in small steps and always within an encouraging family atmosphere of acceptance and support.

‘Hebron’ was the name given to this church by its founders in 1904.  In the past it’s been referred to as a Gospel Hall, or just ‘the Gospel’. The name Hebron originates from the birthplace of King David,  a large town nestled within the Judaean hills south of Jerusalem and it means ‘friend’.
